Why is it that sometimes when we least expect it, we get really good paranormal evidence and then when we actually feel that there is a great chance of getting some because the conditions seem right, we get absolutely nothing? It's probably the most frustrating task to start going over data that you took from a really great location and turn up nothing. Recently we investigated a location that we thought would have really good evidence. This area had lots of energy through it all evening and then when we went to investigate it, it seemed to have all disipated. Over the past few months we've gotten some decent evidence, but nothing that would blow your mind. For me, the thrill is trying to setup a really good investigation and snag some truly great evidence. The big let down comes when things just don't turn out like you planned. But just the possibility that we might get some evidence is enough to keep me going. I think most of the team feels the same way. It's the pursuit that is what drives us. I just wish we got evidence more often. So to all those ghost hunters out there, depressed because you just haven't gotten any really good evidence, keep this in mind. If you get the holy grail of paranormal evidence, would you still feel as motivated as you do right now to continue the search? Well probably, but I've always found that wanting something seems almost better than actually getting it! Happy Hunting! |
